נתקלתי בנאום של וורן באפט לגבי ניהול עסקים קטנים, והחוכמה המעשית שבו היתה כזו שחשבתי שזה מסוג הדברים שיכולים להעשיר ולהועיל לכל אדם, ושיהיה ממש חבל לאבד את זה בנבכי עומסי-המידע של המרשתת:

• Find an angle where your talents are felt 
• Focus on what you can change: the customer's experienc. what You especially can 'bring to the party'. The test isn't first time success; it is what you learn as you go along - what your strengths are and what you can do for your customers
